We only allow you to complete a purchase if the item is in stock. Vinyl record orders will only be shipped to addresses in the UK via Royal Mail (excluding Northern Ireland).

All orders will be shipped & delivered within 2-5 days. Shipping costs varies by units and weight. You can view shipping costs in your basket before payment.

We welcome click and collect for our local customers too.

We will accept any returns providing the records are still sealed and cover is not damaged.

Will will provide a 14 day return grace period. This will be extended to 28 days to cover Christmas gifting on all purchases between 1st - 24th December.

We will refund less and shipping fees. If you are returning a vinyl record due to defect, we will provide the option to replace record or we will offer a full refund. Please message us to discuss further at ian@vinylgroovemusic.co.uk
